We offer limited free delivery within Metro Melbourne, please email us if your order is not accepted and areas outside of this will be quoted accordingly.
Due to the fragile nature of our Lulu & Angel plant arrangements, we currently only ship to Melbourne metro & limited regional areas of the Mornington Peninsula. (please email us directly in regards to limited regional Victoria).
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or accept returns on plants unless there is a fault with the product- please email us in this case.
Lulu & Angel delivers twice a week. If you would like your order sent on a specific day that does not coincide with our standard delivery times we will quote you accordingly.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct, including recipient's name, address (including apartment number, if applicable) and mobile phone numbers of both customer & recipient (these will only be used if there are any difficulties with delivery). Extra charges will apply for products which need to be re-delivered or re-directed due to incorrect details & information.
If the plant you have ordered is a gift, feel free to add a message in the Card Message field in the Cart.
Lulu & Angel make every effort to ensure your package arrives in great condition. Please contact us if this is not the case.

* Our FREE SHIPPING applies to most of our products and designs. However, some smaller items do not include FREE SHIPPING. Shipping has either been added to the cost of these smaller items, or we request you contact us via email to receive a quote for the shipping of your item.
